Stage 3 Details
New for 2025, the Roadeo will conclude on Sunday, July 13 with a fast and flat criterium through historic Fort Missoula at the base of the Bitterroot Mountains. The course is just over 1 mile long on good pavement and fully closed roads (including South Avenue). The crit will start and finish in front of the Bella Vista Pavilion.
Crit day kicks off with a 90-minute novice criterium clinic led by Starla Teddergreen, followed by novice and citizens’ crits to put those new skills to work. We’ll spice things up with a MTB crit to show that we love our fat-tired friends and DJ Ivanoff/Backwoods Beats and food trucks will be on site all day to keep you hyped and fed. Take the sandpaper to your black chili compound and show us your sprint power — let’s go Missoula!
As with the road race, fields may be combined as applicable to ensure reasonable and competitive field sizes and speed. Keep an eye on the tech guide and race communiques for up-to-date information about start times.
